Turn work around. Place the left needle point into the back of the stitch on the right needle. Place the point of the right needle thru the back loop of the stitch on the left needle. Knit them together. On the next row when you come to the little hole where the button hole was started, purl through the back loop if it is a purl stitch. Knit thru the back loop if it’s a knit to close up the hole.
Correction #2 - This mistake comes when a person starts the sleeves. Right sleeve first. Way down there after the cuff is knitted and the underarm st is marked.....
It says: Begin double increases every 10th rnd. as follows: k to within one st of first marker, make one, pass marker, k1 (under arm st) pass marker, make one, finish rnd.
It should say: Begin double increases every 10th rnd as follows: k to first marker, make one, pass marker, k1 (underarm st) pass marker, make one, finish rnd.
